In 2006..O_o!!!!!

I found this old photo taken in 2006 when I browsing through my old photos today.  OMG!  I don’t even remember I actually still have this photo.  See my face, swelling like a big bun!

During that time, I was having tooth decay so I went for help at this ‘professional’ dentist.  So, I have my treatment and went home happily.  But after half year, the tooth filling come out so I go get my second treatment from the same ‘professional’ dentist.

First day pass nothing happen.

Second day, my tooth start to causing pain.  I ignore it.

Third day… more pain! And my gum starts to swelling!!  I thought may be just a small thing, but still I go and seek help from the ‘professional’ dentist.  She just gives me some painkiller to stop the pain and it was useless. I ate the painkiller but still pain. =.=”’

Fourth day… It was so much in pain that I couldn’t even talk and now it was swelling like hell!  I can’t even really close my mouth because of the big bun on my right cheeks.  However, that night I still go shopping with housemate (wonder why I dare to go out with a face like that!!).   By the time before midnight, the swelling just getting bigger and bigger and causing more and more pain!!  Help~~

Fifth day… I decided to seek help from private dentist recommended by friends instead of the same ‘professional’ dentist!  I was shock when the dentist told me that I got bacteria infection because the previous dentist didn’t do it hygiene enough when give me treatment!  I went WTF!!  Just because she is so ‘professional’ that have to cause me in so much pain!!  But still, I just seek help from this new dentist.  He have to do some small ’surgery’ on me, by cutting my gum and let all the ‘nanah’ out and he even use a mirror and ask me to see it.  To be frank, it was not nice to see at all!!  I have to go see him every week just to make my gum not swelling anymore.

When everything settles down, not swells anymore, the tedious thing come.  He takes x-ray of my teeth, and then starts to slowly and bit by bit grill into my teeth to take out the nerves!! O_o!!!  At first I thought it will surely be very pain, but unexpectedly it was not.  Just a little bit pain only because my nerves are already death for being a food supply for the bacteria that infected me.  Basically, my particular tooth is half death without the nerves.   Finally he covers up my tooth with the filling and starts to grill my outer tooth into smaller shape and cover it with a synthetic tooth cover.  Well, he said it can last for 10 years if I take care of it well and restrain from biting very hard food using that teeth.  The whole process took 3 months to finish and it cost me RM1,500 for it.  There go 3/4 of my salary from working part time over the holiday.  Sad!

How about the ‘professional’ dentist that cause me so much trouble?  She never admit it even when I complaint in newspaper and she come up with lots of excuses.  Guess this is what happens when their ‘kind’ does wrong.  They have lots of strong ‘backbones’.  Pity me for being a helpless victim.
